Re: Exhibition games - Confirmed

Glad that they have given these exhibition games a decent price. In recent seasons I am sure they have charged the same price as per league games so it's a nice change.

Re: Play Off Weekend to remain at the NIC

Agree that Nottingham is the best venue for the event but the league definitely needs to do something to spruce the weekend up and justify the ticket prices. There were a lot of empty seats across the weekend and I don't think it was worth the price I paid (attended Saturday only paying £62.00 for t...

Re: Steelers sign Daniel Ciampini - Confirmed

He looks like he could be one of the top scorers in the league if you discount last season. I think people just like to moan more on here. Agree with that completely. Surprised not a lot of positive posts regarding this signing. Looking at his ECHL numbers he could quite easily be the top points sc...

Re: Steelers Rumours 22/23

Steelers complete their D with the signing of Sebestien Piche.... Now just the netminder to sign..... I can't help noticing he wears number #55 on a lot of the photos, where does that leave our Ostlund netminder rumour? Still a possibility I would say. Do you honestly think we wouldn't sign two pla...

Yeah that was me in a hurry as usual so I messed up by editing previous headline wrong, but Niklas is definitely Finish lol

Re: Niklas Nevalainen signs for Steelers - Confirmed

Looks to be a very talented offensive defencemen who has played at consistently high levels and at a good age. Hopefully he'll do a job for us!

Re: Exhibition games pre-sale tickets

Disgusting price for exhibition games but the club know fans will pay. They can effectively name their price for the first game of the season and the tickets will still sell. Any exhibition game pricing should be capped at £10.00.

Re: The Best Steelers Coach we have ever had! +Top 5

Loved the Alex Dampier and Mike Blaisdell teams growing up as a youngster. Without a doubt I think the most exciting season I have seen as an adult was the Ben Simon season and that'll take some beating for me. Love the hockey that year. Enjoyed the 07/08 and 08/09 seasons under Dave Matsos. Some re...
