Re: Petgrave RELEASED from bail conditions. No charges
Strange now I recall a recent SPA comment when renewing the arrest that they were still investigating. Perhaps they were mistaken. CPS can direct the police to gather more evidence if they feel they need clarification in certain areas of the case. Still doesn't excuse you saying it was disgusting t...

Re: Petgrave RELEASED from bail conditions. No charges
Let me try and clarify this silly argument. The situation is this. The police investigate cases and normally if they feel there is a case to answer they send it to the CPS who decide whether or not to prosecute on the basis of the evidence provided. I’m sure we all understand that. However there ar...

Re: Petgrave RELEASED from bail conditions. No charges
If I’ve understood this (maybe not!) the result is that CPS declined to bring the case. Thus surely must mean the South Yorkshire Police tried to get a prosecution. If so absolutely disgusting. Not when you have said this you don't. They don't try to get a prosecution, they investigate to gather ev...

At last we can talk about it and I am sure we would all agreed that it was obviously an awful accident. T...

Re: Petgrave RELEASED from bail conditions. No charges
Sadly and predictably this has just woken up the racist trolls on Twitter, if you don't want to see the comments I'd suggest staying away from the comments on posts by those with large followings, the cesspit that is the typical kkk/trump/maga supporter is bubbling away and the stench is vile.

Re: The PlayOff Weekend BIG thread
I'm not rooting for either team in the final but I'd be happier for Nottingham to win than Cardiff, I think a win for them would help the healing process from the Adam Johnson incident. Personally I'll be at my cricket ground preparing for our first home game next weekend.
