Agree 100% jas but not what I wanted to hear. After 6 seasons of Fox's hockey I was hoping for a change in management. The fact that the Steelers are already making the player signings would indicate to me that Fox is staying. After 35 years as a ST holder It will now be our last. Will watch the odd game on Steelers TV. Best wishes for next season.

Seems to be implausible that the signings are coming in thick and fast already if there was any possibility that the coach will be changing. They would want the new coach to have input into said signings. Fox will be in the chair next season.

I presume their has been no official Statement on Aaron Fox continuing as our coach by design..
He had a contract in place, no need to clarify anything...
I am definitely firmly on the fence re any further contract negotiations though. This up coming season surely has a significant part to play in who coaches us next season...

I think Fox will stay as long as he wants to stay.
I think the majority of the fanbase are quite happy with him.
From the owner's point of view, there's no need to change, as 8,000+ come through the doors every week and buy whatever special shirt of the week is etc.
I wanted him removed from his position at the end of this season, but even if we finish 4th again next season and get to a least one of the finals that will be good enough for most of the fanbase and owner IMO.

I know Tony and that simply isn't entirely true... some of it is...But
Tony as a deep desire to win everything he can, where we the fans differ, is with his business head on and also a contract in place.. He sees this as the best aproach... Bums on seats and silverware are connected, I do think if we go another season without something to show for it Tony will have a serious look at who is in charge of the team moving forward...
