KEY CHANGES FOR EIHL:

- Trapezoid “no go” area for netminders like NHL

- Not all major penalties will carry a misconduct also, making it easier for refs to call more forceful fouls harshly that don’t warrant ejection.

- Skate in the air offsides will be onside now providing the skate is in line with the offensive blue line

I’m sure there’ll be plenty of hidden changes also.
