We’re away that weekend so had not planned on going, but I think the admin costs of the tickets will be prohibitive for some and leaves a nasty taste in the mouth, I suspect Dom might get a hard time at the Fans Forum over this.

Souvenir ticket? Like as if anyone would want a souvenir ticket of a pre-season game.Jayboy wrote: ↑Tue Jul 13, 2021 5:36 pmI believe so, extra charges are: per ticket
Per Item Fees
£2.00 (Service Charge)
£1.00 (Facility Charge)
Plus you can if wanted get actual tickets sent you after the show as a souvenir per ticket..
Get a classic paper ticket with every Mobile Ticket you purchase. When you add a Souvenir Ticket, you still enter the event using your mobile phone. Souvenir tickets will be posted to your billing address one week after the show.
Souvenir Ticket
£2.95

They put a press release out back in the early days of C-19 asking people to roll over the Season tickets to this season, they also offered to pause Direct Debits or a refund, but asked you to contact them to discuss.Rich P wrote:I paid for 2 season tickets in full for last years cancelled season prior to the COVID closure and I’ve had no contact from the club advising me what the situation is for us.

If you’ve heard nothing then I would assume that it’s been rolled over to this year.

Interestingly by way of a thank you, Devil's season ticket holders will get free admission to their two pre-season games. Good gesture from the club.
Not that great. This was for the 4 games left on the season ticket from 19/20 season.raetiamann wrote:Interestingly by way of a thank you, Devil's season ticket holders will get free admission to their two pre-season games. Good gesture from the club.
