As season ticket holders we still await information. However now fixtures are out we wanted to buy an extra two tickets for the first (Cardiff) game.
Rang steelers office. No help told to got to arena box office.
Arena box office is closed told to go on website.
Website redirects you to the dreaded ticketmaster.
Went on ticketmaster website which only has the Nottingham friendly available.
Back to steelers. Told tickets will not be available for an unknown period of time. Apparently it depends on someone loading all the season tickets onto the system presumably so ticket ast don’t sell season ticket seats.
So our friends who are visiting us on the weekend of the Cardiff game can not buy tickets or even know when and how they will be able too.
Ok guys for goodness sake get your act together.youve had our money for best part of a couple of years and we want to give you more money. If we can recruit a team surely we can sell tickets!

I do think sometimes the Club.org do shoot themselves in the foot from time to time, in regards fan relations, we never seem to have a friendly club to fan liaisons and a specific face to deal with. Sometimes the most obvious things get left unsaid or simply miscomunicated because they are far to busy doing the [important] day to day running of the Sheffield Steelers and its these things in a big part that annoys the hell out of fans, in Bobs time in charge he set up a Fans Advisory Board (some would argue to limited success) to at the very least advise on some of this kind of problem and provide a conduit between the fans and the club.. to some extent Tony as done something similar with the fans forum, only thats really only ever a one way thing and it way to infrequent to actually solve anything that may crop up in-between...
Sometimes the club could do more when it comes to the simple things re ticketing and communication, but I suspect its not for lack of effort, maybe just not in the right direction...
Now only if we had a forum they could communicate with the fans on....

As you see from my post above ticketmaster don’t even have the games loaded yet so the car park might be a shot too far just yet.
Worryingly we allowed our car park season ticket to be held over but have absolutely no idea when or how it will get to us.
