The Ellerby-Bořuta partnership was a strong +3 so maybe just a case of resting when the game was over.paul johnston wrote:A much better performance than recent efforts. I was worried when we seemed to have our usual decent 8-10 minutes then foot off the gas and Storm came back into the game. Luckily we seemed to raide the tempo and energy again. Would have selected a different mom but that's a personal thing. Thought Boruta had another good game.
Noticed Ellerby didn't seem to ice at all in the third period if I'm not mistaken but was on the bench throughout. Slight injury?? Or coach decision??

I would agree - I think that d partnership has been really good since they've been paired together, a good shut down line for us, one which we will certainly need against the Giants.SteelerBlade wrote: ↑Thu Apr 07, 2022 5:48 pmThe Ellerby-Bořuta partnership was a strong +3 so maybe just a case of resting when the game was over.paul johnston wrote:A much better performance than recent efforts.
