GAME THREAD: Sheffield Steelers v Nottingham Panthers Saturday, 1st October 7:00pm

[Johnny777]

Officials have completely nullified and spoilt what could have been a reasonably physical encounter tonight…..

[Sully]

Have we won a face off yet?

[smbmetal]

Not sure either team deserve to be winning. Our PP is poor tonight.

Nice to see a few words after the buzzer when the Panthers player shot.

Please God do not let this game go to overtime.

[Nathan]

Well that was, a bit, hmmmm.

Winning the 50/50 helped though.

Nice one!!!! Never come close in 20 years of playing haha.

As for the game. Steelers deserved to win.

Davey Phillips my MoM.

Not sure what Ciampini or Nevalainen bring to the team though. Ciampini reminds me of Dale Junkin. If he manufactured wallpaper it wouldn’t go in the corners.

Something like that yeah.

Only time we won the 50/50 was at Ice Sheffield under Bob Philip's, it was about £3.50
