Incident in Clan land

Update - Cameron returned as Head Coach, Chalmers named by job role only, that will be "replaced by a GM". Chalmers is also MD of the arena, so effectively is still there just technically not in a job role for the Clan.

Between last night and this morning, 5 sponsors have suspended their deals with the club, including the title sponsor. Both the club's Commerical Director and Graphics Designer have resigned. Hearing more sponsors will pull out as the day goes on without action by the club.

When bad stuff happens, the sponsors go very early. No title sponsor, lol. Wonder what happens next...

I do hope they can find a way out of this? we don't want them to drop out of the league because of any financial issues, but its not looking good for the Clan. I can see players jumping ship anytime soon!

They almost folded a few years back. It's always horrible to lose teams, especially in the UK, when the sport is gaining popularity. They may need a miracle.

They're in really big trouble. Everybody's jumping ship. Might need to prep for life with only 9 teams...

Oh dear. The club need a further statement if they want to try and survive in the EIHL. What the statement needs to say I don’t know.

Statement by Neil Black. I've noticed that we're a month into the season and he's made a lot of statements for both franchises, he seems to love them. Although this one seems vital. He's losing support, he's facing legal action. He needs help, this can only go one way and I'll tell you now, it's nothing positive.

P.S. Reading between the lines, it looks like he may sell!

Only early stages but it's a small step forwards.
