I honestly thought this might have been a tighter game.
My pal purchased the stream and persuaded me to watch this one.
I can see why Fife are on my do not watch list. They offered absolutely nothing all game. We could have won with me playing in goal.
The Steelers were solid and ensured it was a professional performance and a win is a win, but I thought the EIHL was much more competitive?
So far Manchester, Dundee, Fife, Guildford and Nottingham look very poor. The league will be between us, Belfast and Cardiff. We need to play against some far more competitive competition as when those games come along it’s much harder to raise your game.

We are relentless on pucks - it's a joy to watch. Teams have really got to execute breakouts perfectly because the amount of pucks we turnover in the neutral zone is scary. Puck movement in the offensive zone is great from all 4 lines (which I really like the look of now).
Honestly thought Fife would offer more but also had a feeling that they may get found out on bigger ice - I think most of their games so far have been on the smaller pads but might be wrong?

You could say Fife are poor, but then how did they take Giants into overtime? I would rather say the first period was possibly the best period Steelers have ever played. It’s not just the goals it’s the speed and accuracy. Outstanding. I spent the afternoon watch my team Boston Bruins. They are notoriously quick. I would say in the first period here Steelers were certainly at that level.

Probably the easiest shutout Greenfield will ever have in his career.
If it wasn't for Shane Owen that would have been double figures easily, can't recall a more dominant performance in years.
Good to see Watling get his goal, he's not had much puck luck lately.
