Very good win that. Nice to see Dowd throwing some nice hits, #47 looks very very good.
The ice looked to be playing poorly towards the end.

Just wanted Churchfield to save that penalty shot to shut Strachan up. Well done Ben. Don’t know where we get a backup netminder from to ice tomorrow though. I assume when it’s a steelers home game we get to have our own commentators.
It was a good save. Great to hear Strachan shut up. Haha.

Muse (until injury) Saxrud-Danielsen, kirk and then churchfield were very good. Hrabal was rock solid too. Why he goes under the radar is a mystery to me. I was underwhelmed by a couple tonight but it is one game. Would like to see-
Olden Conns Kirk
Eberle Mikyska Dowd
Waller Myers Phillips
Graham Hewitt (who I think showed his years and time away from this level)
That is if we stick with 11 F and 7 D.
Plenty was good for first game, plenty to work on. We were like headless chickens in the third period especially in our D zone.

Also need to mention our PK. Won’t have worked on that much and we were 100%. Need to cut silly penalties though but will come with sharpness.
Could do with some zone exit work but again it’s been a week.

I’ve asked for a refund. I’ll update here if I receive one.
If I’d have bought a mini season ticket it would be interesting to see how they handle that.
The quality of the stream in general was very poor.

I see Shulze was a plus 2 for the game. Not shabby at all.
We were outshot 41‐24. Wow shows how well the two netties did tonight.

The quality of the presenting product will be much better for our "home" game. Maybe Panthers with their lack of streaming of games would have been better with neutral ones alongside someone with a Panthers bias.
Maybe the Dundee lads. They are great.

I watched on YouTube, glad I never paid and won’t bother with anymore.
Thought there were meant to be 8 cameras, I think at least four of them were pointed at the bench.
No ideas what the penalties or penalty shot were for, unless it was to try and force the game to overtime, to extend the spectacle.
