It's our 1st point at these Championships as we head to OT!

GB scored 3 goals in thr final 7.08 seconds to tie it up, what an effort by the boys!

Both teams had chances to win in OT, both netminders standing tall, especially Bowns.

We now head to Penalty shots....

Has Dowd scored in any of his shootouts this year? Nice backhand in regulation though.

Bowns poor in the shootout also but he was the only reason we survived OT.

Conway is pure class in shootout situations.

Great fightback by GB who deserved a point.
Why cant the EIHL take a leaf out of the IIHF's book and stop this nonsense of some games being worth 3 points and others 2, Three points for a regulation win, One point for a draw with a further one point for an OT or penalty shot win. Every game generating 3 points........much fairer

I think it’s a great rule. Would love to see the EIHL adopt it for next season.

The current makes no sense to me. Under this system Belfast would have still won the league and us second, but not so sure about lower places. This may have changed the play off quarter final draw etc etc. Level playing field please EIHL.
