I don't buy into this top v Bottom nonsense.. I keep saying non of the teams in this league are a push over on any given night.. Ask Cardiff, Belfast and Nottingham!
You can't just turn up and expect to steamroller teams any more..

I have concerns though that we may have entered our traditional New Year’s slump early.

Whilst I understand your point about the lower placed teams Jay, I’d argue they’re 8th and bottom for a reason.

Another game we would probably have lost last season, this right here is where titles are won and lost, the three games in five days, short of a few players and a long coach journey, there is more fight, more backbone in this team than in the last couple of years. It was never going to be an endless run of four and five goal wins with pretty goals and showboating and if you don't understand that you don't understand this game.
