It sounds like they'll both give us a bit more size and physicality, which is what many supporters have asked for and neither are ready to start drawing on their pensions.
Purely on a stats basis, I'd probably be looking at 15 goals for Mitchell, which is low for a team with aspirations of winning silverware. Having said that, Piccinich was at a similar number when he signed and that worked out OK. Hopefully Mitchell has the style of play to flourish in our league.
I've currently got it very close between Sheffield, Cardiff and Nottingham in terms of goals, but I think Belfast will be way ahead of us all if the rumoured players turn out to be correct.

This is the issue with withholding signing news.
The hockey world is small, players & agents talk and there’s clearly some in the UK with decent contacts running these Twitter accounts. Can be hit and miss but the hits are often very left-field.
Sounds like we're waiting to here from a forward (probably a 1C) on the last spot, so I'm presuming it's someone high end and worth waiting for till late in the day (Hammond or Conway, someone of that caliber)

We get Conway it changes from a mid table team to pushing for the Championship imo.
