I've seen the video , Gagnon hits a player who is already down on his knees, across the back and neck area several times, with both hands on his stick. The referee is stood watching, The astounding fact here is not just that no ban has been issued, but that the league do not think any kind of statement explaining the decision is necessary. This decision will lead to players taking the law into their own hands, someone could end up getting seriously hurt and the league could be held partially responsible. DOPS has no credibility any more.Jayboy wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 4:45 pmEffective immediately, Nottingham Panthers #75 Mathieu Gagnon is fined for Cross-Checking

They are just not consistent or credible, they give players game and multi game bans for accidental high sticks and spearing, that just wasn't and nothing for that incident..

Take a look bud and give us your honest opinion, as a lover of the rough stuff, I would be interested in your opinion, for me the second attack in front of the referee warrants more than 1 game. if you look at the other bans dished out for repeat offences and intend to injure recently then consistency alone would mean at least 3 games surely
