Didn't Jeremy Cornish do it in Nottingham to their entire bench, with obvious hilarious resultspaul johnston wrote: ↑Sat Dec 31, 2022 11:02 pmDeluca happy to elbow and hack and whack with the stick but not prepared to walk the walk.

One of the best D we've had in a long time. So good one on one, and just makes great little plays to ease pressure and get us moving.
We've signed 3 quality D in Nevalainen, Petgrave and Piche. Would happily keep all 3 for next year, but suspect that may be tricky

One of the signings I was most excited by and he certainly hasn't disappointed.ginger wrote: ↑Sun Jan 01, 2023 11:05 amOne of the best D we've had in a long time. So good one on one, and just makes great little plays to ease pressure and get us moving.

Looking back at the rumours thread I wasn't particularly enthusiastic about the signing of Petgrave, but he's proved me completely wrong.
I would suggest the Petgrave/Nevalainen partnership is the best we've had for a number of years.

Thought the exact same on the Nevalainen/Petgrave pairing. Was trying to think of the last D pair who really stood out to this level - dare I say we have to go back to the 2001 grand slam team? Highlights.
Missed the best part though. McNally’s chicken dance when he came out of the box with DeLuca.
