It's bad enough that Playoff weekend tickets go on sale on Monday but we were promised that we'd be informed of a new way of booking them. Has any season ticket holder been enlightened yet?

No - I was just looking and can't find any comms about this? Odd to not say anything about timing when they've gone on sale already.

I haven’t anything from the Steelers organisation about how to get tickets. As anyone heard from the Steelers organisation?

There was a post on X late last night that it was all in hand between the club and the SSSC and details will be confirmed but it didn't say when only soon.

Received today Wednesday 23rd July:

Dear Steelers Fans, The Elite League Playoff Finals are set to take place on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th April at the Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham. We're pleased to share that Steelers supporters have once again been allocated prime seating blocks for this exciting season-ending event. This year, tickets are going on sale much earlier than usual. We’ve also listened to feedback from fans who found it difficult to travel to the arena to book in person, and we’ve made changes to improve the process. As a result, season ticket holders will receive an email at 10AM tomorrow morning (Thursday) with a direct link to the Steelers Hub, allowing you to purchase your Playoff Final tickets. Please keep an eye on your inbox—and don’t forget to check your junk folder—to ensure you don’t miss out. Thank you for your continued support. The Steelers

Tickets bought, but an extra £11.50 surcharge was a little bit steep. This included £5 added by the Steelers.
If this continues then I will have to seriously consider whether I can go in future, as I don’t like being ripped off!

Not sure why the club need to be involved , other teams supporters receive an email link direct from the Motorpoint Arena presumably from a list given to them by their host club.
