Steelers signed hockey stick - 1999

Hi guys,
Years ago, I was gifted a signed game-used hockey stick through a contact of Tommy Plommer's. Frustratingly, I can't remember which player used it or which game it was from, only that it is a left-handed stick.
As more of a 'casual fan', it's only recently I've tried to determine exactly which year the stick is from, and I believe - looking at the player numbers - this is the 1999/2000 season.
I'm sure you will all have a lot more Steelers knowledge than me, so wondered if you could determine the signatures on the stick? I've posted an image of it here: https://ibb.co/Zg9Z5bD
Based on the players that have put their numbers next to the signature, I'm assuming some of the players will be:
#2 - Mark Matier
#18 - Dennis Vial
#12 - Matt Hoffman
#19 - Dale Junkin
#77 - Shane McCosh
#21 - Rob Wilson
#25 - Jason Weaver
#41 - Kip Noble
#15 - David Longstaff
#14 - Frederic Wynne
