Sorted, I had a weird browser redirect which I managed to get rid of after a few hours work but for some reason my short cut to Steelers took me to an old domain, although it worked until this evening.
Virus software check yet again.
Thanks all

Just tried on my iPad and got ‘Sheffield lending’ so I wonder if it’s a problem with Steelers website.

I've something strange happen this morning, a redirect that didn't actually do anything but then was fine again 10 mins later, I also had it happen once when I typed in the address directly so something is slightly amiss..

From memory my issue started with a legitimate looking link to update Flash Player but when I followed it through nothing happened. Afterwards when I "google'd" something the results came up via the bing search engine. The same was happening on firefox, chrome and safari.
When I looked carefully, there was a split second when another site appeared before bing and apparently this is being used to log your searches.
There are a number of helpful links telling you how to fix the problem but it took me a few hours to get things working properly as there are different issues for each browser and if you don't follow everything through, the redirect keeps reinstalling itself.
