Manchester come into this off a 3-2 OT win over Coventry so an early top 2 clash.
Storm got a few decent players in, Ben Lake & Maxime Fortier stick out.
John Muse will be out of tomorrow so Churchfield & Warburton will be the two netminders.
Ideally we need to tighten up our zone exits and take less needless penalties.

As Steelerblade says, less needless penalties, improve their overall d zone play including exits is a must.
Will be some heavy legs out there with the late face off yesterday and early game today alongside a lack of battle hardened game gained hockey fitness. Will look to use the whole bench, giving all the players Ice team otherwise fatigue-then mistakes- could quickly become an issue.
Want to see more from some of the guys. Otherwise looking forward to seeing Kirk, Shulze, Saxrud-Danielsen, Hrabas carry on from where they left off last night.
I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of Churchfield over the next couple of weeks. Big test for him, but will certainly give Foxy a clue as to how he may have to go when we are back the next full season. Will we see enough evidence that he could be a long term starter, or a very decent number 2?

Assuming Muse isn't fit for this one, I guess we'll probably have to change our game plan and play a bit more defensive.
I thought we looked in control last night until the injury. Churchfield did well after a wobbly start, but the team were bound to play a little different to try and protect him, which put us on the back foot.
On paper Manchester look very strong offensively, so our back line are going to have their work cut out.
It should be another tight competitive game, just a shame it's so early in the day.
In a Covid free world, this would probably be playoff final day.

Storm scratch Sam Gospel (3rd keeper), Harry Gulliver & Martin Gran.
Gran is a big miss as one of their premier forwards. He’s listed as day-to-day.

Steelers make one forced change, Warburton backs up and Muse is scratched.
Can’t for the life of me understand why Jones was named as 7th D and wasn’t played at the expense of Musil or Pákozdi completing a 4th line??
