Ben Churchfield and John Muse

Aaron Fox confirmed John Muse out for a couple of weeks, best estimate. It looks like Ben is our go to keeper for the next 6 or so games at least..

Muse looked pretty solid, he’s obviously a bit of a “Brian Stewart” like nutter, giving digs to anyone he could reach!

Unfortunately that cost him though when he tried to be a defenceman and deliver a hit on an incoming forward behind the net, injuring what looked to be his groin.

Churchfield is an above average EIHL backup from what I’ve seen, certainly a big upgrade on Kerlin.

He’s played less than 2 pro games so will only keep improving as he keeps facing rubber, we must protect him better though.
