I would have been the one @Doom and have provided a virtual running commentary before and am happy to do it normally but as some of you may know, I wont or cant attend tonight due to the obvious ongoing covid issues, so would be great if this thread is updated in my absence..

I’m really surprised the club are holding it where they are. If it is like previous events it’ll be packed. Have they announced anywhere if they are limiting numbers or requiring any Covid checks prior to entry? I hope it’s a great evening for everyone, but I think I’m going to give it a miss as it’s too risky.

Tony confirms that the Continental Cup will be played no matter if fans are no able to attend - We hope they can!
Tony confirms that sponsorship is strong and a big thank you to Mike O'Connor for all his efforts in that department. As always, a big thank you to all of our personal and corporate sponsors!
Question from the floor about TV Deals - Tony says that the deals to date haven't been right for the club.
Working hard behind the scenes as a league to find the right deal.
Not there yet but watch this space!

Tony confirm that plans are in place to upgrade the Tron in due course.
It's done a good job for the last 9 years, but we understand this needs advancing - It's not cheap!
Tony confirms that a new screen has been purchased (same as the one that was on the parkway last season).
This is in testing and will act as a second screen during next season (may be ready just after the start of the season)

Tony confirms that ticket sales are very strong and is expecting a sell out for both.
Question regarding £5 games.
Dave confirms these are continuing and will be the midweek games, the last 2 games of the season against Belfast and the CC quarter final.
Tony confirms that the fans who missed out on the 3 games at the end of the 19/20 season will get the CC quarter final and the 2 finals games of the season against the Belfast Giants for free.
Only those who haven't had a season ticket for 21/22 need to contact the office - The others will be added to the season ticket for eligible season ticket holders.
