5 games in space of 9 days or a week if you count the weekends, so thought I would get all 5 game threads up early..

So we can see the size of the task in hand. and all this leads up to the Challenge Cup Semi Final on Wednesday the 23rd makes a BIG couple of weeks for the Steelers.

The return of Manchester, we haven't seen them since Early season last year..

We would have seen them earlier of course if we'd played the New Year's days games. Speaking of which, I've still not received a refund for that game. Only got an email from Ticketmaster yesterday advising of the new re-arranged mid-week date.

Stream for me - 4-2 Steelers, Barry to play.

I predict a close 2-1 nigglefest with the Steelers opening the taps late on and claiming a 4-1 or 5-1 garbage time blow out.

Both sides name 19 players, a rarity.

No Stojanovič, Jonathan Phillips, Alex Graham, Cole Shudra or Brendan Connolly for us.

No Matt Ginn, Ben Solder or Harry Gulliver for Manchester.

Blimey!

Full House!

Some poor D on show so far, 1-1 after just 2mins.

Vallerand & Jared VanWormer the scorers.

Forwards on top so far, Hodgman restores the lead to 2-1 with only 4mins on the clock.

Steelers Goal! 3-1.

Tommaso Traversa. Great work from Eberle to make Linden Springer look foolish in the buildup to earn himself the assist.

End of the 1st. 3-1 and good value.

James Downie takes to the pipes in place of Jason Bacashihua for Manchester as we’re underway in the 2nd.
