Fox has confirmed Dowd is contracted until the end of 23/24 having signed a three year deal prior to last season.

Huge positive, had his best goalscoring season for the club last year.

Definitely one of, if not the most important re-signing we needed to make.

High energy, hard working team player who can score and play all 3 forward positions and a Brit to top it off.

Excellent to have him for at least 2 more years, a definite Steelers captain depending on how long Jono goes for.

Best British forward in the league imo, great to see Fox had tied him down for 3 years - 1 of which he's already played.

Davy & Jono next for me, would love to see Joshua Waller in Orange again.

And Whistle!

Yeah would love to have Waller, but I think his friendship with Duggan and his performances with the Devils will mean he stays there for some time to be honest.

An important re-signing and one I'm pleased to see.

He's still a premium Brit and had a very solid season.

Arguably the best player in the team on his day and that included imports too. Consistently good too, never has a night off and puts in max effort every shift, the first name on the team sheet every night for me.. A no brainer of a signing and very much the look forward signing of every season to me.
You can't ever underestimate his signing.. Ask yourself how much any other EIHL club would want to sign him... :Gob:
