Today should be Jono Phillips 1000th game for the Sheffield Steelers. I'm not sure this number will ever be reached again in my lifetime. An incredible achievement.
Well played Captain, Well played.

Simply amazing that a player can chalk up 1000 games for one club. I remember being so excited when we signed him from Cardiff, though I'm quite sure no-one could have for seen his impact and longevity here.
Biggest congratulations to you Jono.

An amazing achievement! If anyone deserves a shirt retirement when he hangs them up, it’s Jono.

A fantastic achievement for by all counts a fantastic man.
He certainly deserves the highest honours the club can give when he does hang up the skates.

As most of you are aware our captain has reached 1000 games and I asked him a few questions:

Sorry I put this in the wrong place before Mark
