2-4 result. Our goals from Kirk and O’Connor. Bedard netted 2 for Canada
That’s an encouraging start for us.

Not just the result but the way we played will have made a few teams sit up and take notice. Canada clearly a better team but the gap is closing.

O'Connor's goal was an absolute beauty.
Thought Kirk and Whistle were the standouts for us.

Top drawer performance considering the opposition. First game I've watched Kirk play for a while, and he has taken about 3 steps forward. Skating, physicality and D zone play so good now. He wouldn't have looked out of place in Canada's team.
Cole was excellent too. Started to use his size so well. Reckon that's what a season playing with Tansey, Allen and Simpson does for you!
Watching Austria v Denmark now. Nothing to fear from these 2. Both definitely beatable.

After a superb performance against Canada, a Tough 8-0 loss against Finland. Very much men against boys.

I appreciate this might get deleted....but that was a
[DELETED] call to give Denmark a game winning power play goal

GB are down...Norway will get a point against Austria meaning GB will need to beat both Norway and Austria in their final game....and spoiler alert, that ain't happening

Seems you are a bit premature in your predictions as still everything to play for.
