Good news is we have no game on Sunday so can afford to put in more energy.

Whilst we always want to win, with it being a CC game I'd take a loss instead of losing 2 points in the League if there was a choice.

3-2 Steelers OT.

I would never accept a loss before a game is played, anything less than trying 100% to win will certainly result in defeat. I can accept a loss afterwards providing we have tried our best as that is the nature of sport but never before we have played. Winning is a habit, so is losing and only one of those habits wins trophies.

Just a quick FYI post in case you haven't seen... Steelers have posted on their Twitter that the car park is fully sold out for the game against the Devils, and have suggested alternate parking arrangements can be made at meadowhall without the worry of getting a ticket.

In the Challenge Cup the Devils certainly aren't having things all their own way.

It would be good if we could beat them in regulation and make it even tougher for them to qualify, because along with Belfast they're probably the biggest threat.

It will be interesting to see who sits this one out. Would Fox consider leaving Ciampini out even though he's available? I doubt it, but you never know. My guess would be Janatuinen, although I think he needs the ice time to find his game.
