GAME THREAD: Steelers v Devils: SAT

I seem to have been saying this for months, but tonight is last chance saloon.
The team have done incredibly well recently to keep this alive, let's hope they can keep it going with one final push.
I guess we'll continue to ease Diffley back in, but I am starting to wonder if Mark Simpson is done for the season, which would be a real shame.
Over 9,000 in attendance, most probably keeping an eye on events in Belfast.

One of the most exciting ends to a season for a long time.
Nottingham will need to go all out to try and get the win as they’re out of it with anything less than a regulation win tonight.
We just need to ensure we do our part with a win here. We’ve won all our home games against Cardiff and vice versa for them. Hopefully they’ll be taking it easy with nothing to play for and could lack some energy playing last night.
3-1 Steelers.

I noticed that Cardiff were taken all the way to OT last night at home to Coventry & lost 2-1....

I can’t see Cardiff letting up against us but can only hope. Will be interesting to see which goalie they play. Its usually Bowns against us if he's fit.smbmetal wrote: ↑Sat Apr 05, 2025 10:47 amOne of the most exciting ends to a season for a long time.
