Steelers stream and Airplay

Evening all.

I've purchased the stream for tonights Cardiff game 1st of the season and I'm having issues getting the game to play on my TV using apple airplay and an Apple TV box.

Ive checked all there settings and my MacBook is completely up to date as is the Apple TV box connected to my TV

The best I have been able to get is sound but no image on the TV.

Having checked the Steelers TV help page it says Airplay isn't supported but is "expected to function"

Is anyone else having issues?

I always go to the TV's browser app and directly to the steelers tv from there, I find it saves all the hassle...
