The First visit of Fife this season are they flying? or rooted to the bottom of the league?
Have they caught up with the league standings after a big run in the challenge cup?
what do we have left after an hard game in Cardiff Last night?

Game thread poll: who wins this one? :Puzzle:

Should be beating an average side who are unlikely to finish anywhere but bottom of the league.

4-1 Steelers.

Nice metaphor, Jay. I'm quite comfortable in this, Steelers reg.

Flyers are far from average this season and won't be anywhere near the bottom of the league
Last night in Nottingham was the first time we played with a full quota of imports and we know we have a really good team in Fife this year and we are now looking to see what it can do at full strength

I’m pleased to hear that. I hope you have a great season I really do.

Nottingham are pretty poor this year though at the moment.

I’ll have a friendly bet with you though. Fife will not make the playoff qualification (top eight) come end of the season.

VERY impressive. Just looked at the details and gamesheet. You were clearly disadvantaged throughout the game. You had more PIM, less SoG. Panthers needed the powerply, you did fine without. Great win for your lot, and a nice inward chuckle for Steelers fans I think. You might annoy us a bit, but I still believe we'll win. Good luck, you'll need it!

They've actually played well above average this season and it would be foolish to think it's a guaranteed home regulation win. Just ask the Panthers.
