The Cardiff Angels ( because they never do anything wrong ) are in town again. Which Steeler is going to embarrass Riley Brandt this week ?, perhaps we should send out someone his size as a fair match up, one of the cheerleaders maybe ?. Have they already written a complaint about Tansey so it's ready to be sent ?. The answer to these questions will be found at the Sheffield Arena on Sunday starting at 4pm.

These are the fixtures i come to the hockey for, a league game against a team that usually matches up well against us. I expect this to be a physical high intensity game . This is where we need to make a statement,,{ come into our barn and you wiil need to give 100% to go away with anything because we will be giving 110% ] Lets make the arena an uncomfortable place for teams to come,, both by giving all on the ice and by the people in the stands being loud and proud for the full 60.......... I feel a bit of old time hockey coming on
Early signs would suggest we have some proper player rivalry brewing from the preseason games.greeny wrote: ↑Tue Sep 26, 2023 11:21 pmThese are the fixtures i come to the hockey for, a league game against a team that usually matches up well against us. An early statement from us, meaning a great performance or big win, helps set the tone for the rest of the season that we really do mean business. Actions speak much louder than words.
Note to Fox, please don’t coach the physical edge out of this team as this is what gives us the competitive advantage. We have a few players that can play with that edge, let them play their natural game.
Let’s hope this is a barnstormer.
4-2 Steelers.

Terrible penalties taken by Neumann, Nevalainen and Vallerand completely messing up our game plan.
Imagine the comments on here if Connolly took a selfish penalty like Vallerand did.paul johnston wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 5:06 pmTerrible penalties taken by Neumann, Nevalainen and Vallerand completely messing up our game plan.
