I still maintain to this day that Shayne McCosh is the best D man to wear our colours.Doom wrote: ↑Sun Dec 31, 2023 9:10 amPerhaps an unfair comparison, but he reminds me a little of Shayne Mccosh in how effortlessly he turns defence into attack.
When we signed Cormier and I looked at his stats I assumed he was just another body to fill in for the loss of Petgrave. I wouldn't have guessed he'd slip so seamlessly into the offensive defenceman role that Petgrave played for us.
He's currently our top points scoring defenceman having played quite a few less games than the others.....not a bad effort.

I'd also throw in Steve Munn, Boli and Selmar, but Mccosh is certainly up there and probably the best offensive defenceman we've ever had.
Great set of results for us tonight.
Belfast lose on penalty shots in Dundee after leading by two.
Cardiff get smashed at home by Guildford.
Nobody is making a charge at us......I bet Fox's wine will taste sweet tonight......cheers all.
