Don’t know if this has been publicised, but the Easter Fair is occupying the car park today, guess it will be there again over the weekend. As for the game….. 3-1 Steelers.

It's a weird double-header, as I think both teams would like to face one another in the Play-Off QFs, but any outcome just ensures we avoid one another!

We need to win both, and also hope Coventry drop at least 2 points for us to move up to 7th and avoid Belfast. Slim chance, but it's at least something to play for!

No, fair point. I know contracts in this league are almost worthless, I was more thinking who is meant to be here next season based on contracts/university ties. Appreciate it's far from a guarantee.

Outstanding fan support, especially to watch ‘average at best’ hockey on show.

With Fox likely to be in charge against next, season, I fear a rinse and repeat 3rd trophy less season in a row.

Wonder if the amazing fan support will continue then?

Hopefully they'll show a bit more fight tonight. By that I don't mean dropping gloves, although I wouldn't object to that.

I mean winning battles in the corner, winning battles in the front of the net, putting the body in the way of shots and busting a gut to get back in defence when the opposition are breaking. There's not been enough of this recently.

I bet all teams 5 to 8 are hoping they get us in the QF.

Feels more like a chore tonight than actually a game we should be well up for to get a bit of play off momentum but such is the state we find ourselves in, boring hockey, awful recent run of results, seemingly cba attitude of certain individuals, I really am not than fussed.
No last regular game of the season excitement here.
