Totally agree there. Wanted a big D man or maybe even a big power forward. But we got a 5foot 7” agitator.

Nothing wrong with an agitator. Our issue which is very apparent under Fox is that we don’t have a tough guy to back them up. I was hoping Ellerby would fill that role, but I’ve not seen anything like that from him.

Think the days of Vial, Allison, Fitzy are long gone, our fighter this season appears to be Dowd!

Each to there own but I love a Colt King type player but would appear that the EIHL seems to be pulling away from that.

Yes those days have gone unfortunately.

However, I would still be happy with Mark Louis or Springer type player.

We don't even have that. I was hoping Ellerby would fill that type of role, but so far doesn't appear to be.

Not sure what your day job is but you may become a part-time scout. He would be an excellent addition. Scored at most levels. Very good in Junior hockey which is a decent gauge for European hockey.
