So we managed to score on a 5 on 3 but they have managed to put 2 pucks past us 5 on 5. Just not good enough. There is a crowd there that has paid good money to watch an exhibit game. Come on Steelers where are you????

Got away with that but that’s the sign of a good side, getting the W after a flat performance.

This was always going to be a poor game. Just before Christmas, covid running rife etc.

Great to get the win. Winning games like this can be the difference to win a title or not.

I thought we played well in the 1st and should have been 2 or 3 up.

After that we struggled to get any fluency in our game. Too many players having off nights and our shooting was terrible.

Thought Dowd, Latal and Traversa played well.

Sointu, Eberle and Mosey weren't at their best. Eberle really seems to be struggling at the moment, but he's a worker and I'd expect him to turn it around.

Pulled it out of the bag in the end and put a couple more points between us and the chasing pack, so overall a good result.
