More slack D, this time it’s Guillaume Gauthier who scores a 2-on-1. We’re pegged back at 2-2 and need to build some momentum again.
That’s both goals against the Ellerby & Todd pairing tonight, although it has to be said they can’t stop 5 opponents alone, forwards got to pull their weight defensively.

5 minutes remaining....
Really could do with the 2 points tonight....
Hopefully Robert Dowd can step up & score

STEELERS WIN! Justin Hodgman the man that bags the 2nd available point. Big result that.
3-2 after OT.
The Sewell and Good officiating combo was particularly bad but didn’t cost us in the end.

Hodgman really came on in the game from the midway point and deserved his game winning goal.
It was fairly turgid stuff again. We really have lost our spark at the moment bar a few shifts here or there.

We don’t seem very good at playing the game situation. We were a goal up against a dangerous team with 8 mins to go and suddenly got caught with 5 skaters in front of the puck. The break away caused the resulting goal. Not necessary.
