So what else could Greenfield have done to get Man Of The Match?

You could argue that Greenfield could have cost us the game with the Delay of Game penalty.

He more than made up for it in the penalty shootout though.

A very poor game against a very poor side.

From watching the best game of the season against Belfast last Saturday, I was completely bored throughout this game against the greatest rilvary in the history of ice hockey that hasn’t existed for at least 10 years.

I’m worried that we’ve turned into last season’s team who were excellent up to Christmas then faded away in the New Year. The game against Cardiff should see where we are. Cause Cardiff aren’t anything special this year either.

Obviously if there’s a podcast later, we will have won the Stanley Cup.

No doubt the better team won this game, but boy did we make hard work of it.

I think most of our forwards need their shooting radar looking at, because it was certainly not focused on the Panther's goal.

Overall a good night though, we get 2 points and Belfast 0 points.

I'll worry about Guildford mid January.

Regards

Any news on the injured Panthers player stretchered off in the first period? Looked nasty.....nobody likes to see an injury like that.

Not seen anything but he's already had concussion once this season so I'd be surprised to see him again anytime soon, for his own good.

Walked out of Arena and on the coach back to Nottingham, will be assessed tomorrow, confirmed he was knocked out so will probably be out for a while as this is twice in recent weeks I understand.

For some people maybe, I'll leave that one upto the coach!

Personally I'm very happy with him.
