Very early days but Watling the standout from the new guys so far.

Watling looks super-smooth, skillful with a good hockey brain. Tansey looking a decent physical presence. Simpson been impressive too.

Watling and Bulmas look the real deal for sure and Tanley hasn't put a skate wrong all night, very good, Saucerman looks strong like a Ox and Simpson is better than at least I expected, Greenfield Started where he left off.. Juusola looks very fast and Valley looks to have lost a good few pounds and looks faster than back end of last season, team playing exceptionally well for first game and are more than a match for Les Panthères
