5-0 up going in to the 3rd is game over. No point going all out with a game tomorrow. That rink creates chances due to it's size so whilst it's a shame to concede 2, it's no disaster and bigger picture is probably a less tired team going in to tomorrow.

I didn't see the game, but I'm just having a look at the game stats.
According to Tracking we edged all 3 periods, although it was more or less even in the 3rd (0.84 v 0.83).
Good to see us on top with faceoffs for a change. A particularly good night for Balmas who won 10 of 13.
Not so good for him on the plus/minus though. He was -1 along with Southorn and Jasper. Top was Tait with +3. Tait seems to be in a run of good form right now, maybe Fox has found a line that really suits him.
Good also to see Reece Kelly on +2, he seems to be moving in the right direction.
Let's keep this improved form going and take it into the Challenge Cup.
