I also note they say the game was a sell out and yet the attendance was listed as 6940, in previous years they have claimed 7500 which is listed in wikipedia as the official capacity for ice hockey at the NIC and I seem to recall one year where they counted everyone using the second rink amongst the attendance in order to get over 8000 ?, but maybe I have misremembered that. It's a fact that the average attendance for the 2021-2022 is listed as 4740 which is down almost 1000 from it's peak in 2016-2017 although there's no figures listed for 2019-20 and 2020-21 ( Hockeydb.com ). For comparison the Steelers average for 2021-22 is listed as 6693.
