Has anybody tried the City Hall box office?

What are their additional fees?

I'd love to hear about this, I'm in the middle of town today and would prefer to pick them up whilst I'm here than go back home and print them off.

Looking at Sheffield City Hall’s website I don’t think there are any savings to be made as it’s powered by ticketmaster.

You might be able to get a printed ticket though for free. Not sure though.

So, after receiving the Season Ticket holder’s email which stated there would be no charges for the £5 tickets I wasn’t happy that this wasn’t the case when trying to book online. Tried to ring City Hall Box office to ask re charges when collecting in person but this was just answered with a message stating to book online with a goodbye! So decided to pop down to the arena at 4 pm. One person ahead of me in the queue. After waiting 15 minutes was called to be served and I asked re charges. Told still £3 per ticket. On principle decided to walk away without the tickets. I’m sure fans without season tickets will be pleased to only pay £8 per ticket but we’re not. £18 charges on 6 x £5 tickets is not on. In 2019 I’m sure we only paid 50p per ticket when collecting them in person. Mrs Sawdust.

On a slightly positive note, I’ve just bought my Belfast tickets and you can now add an Arena car park ticket for just £5 with no booking fees which weren’t apparent on earlier games.
