GAME THREAD: Flames v Steelers: PLAYOFF Q-Final: Saturday 11th April

We need to play better than we have been doing.

I'm not expecting any issues getting a result over two legs.

Think we've only lost one game all season to Guildford.

In fact other than Glasgow they were my preferred play off opponents.

I expect this one to be the closest of the two games though.

3-2 Steelers.

I'm not confident in the slightest and would suggest it's 60/40 in favour of Guildford getting through in the tie.

They're a team in fabulous form with a netminder currently over 94% in recent games.

We on the other hand look very frail and capable of falling apart at any time.

We do have the edge over Guildford this season, but the majority of those games were before Guildford hit form and when we were playing with a bit more confidence.

I'd go for Guildford winning 4 - 2 Saturday and 2 - 2 Sunday.

Hope I'm wrong.

I think the result over the 2 games will depend on how bad guildford play , not how good we play because our good is not good enough on its own,,,,
