Totally not being negative, as it’s a fab idea/gesture by the Club, however I’d be interested in hearing the feedback once it’s up and running. Can see capacity being an issue and upset kids when they’ve been turned away 4 matches in a row cos it’s full….must be my old age starting to take its toll

It wont mean the players lounge, its busy down there before a game starts, they wont want a load of people wandering around that corridor.
I thought the VIP Club/Lounge was concourse level, stage end, the post says Utilita Lounge so its on the blue door side.
The Utilita Club

OR just the Utilita lounge

I'll just be happy if the entrance allows us to jump the queues of endless people with huge bags.
Pity it looks like its the blue doors side not the car park side.
Does anyone know if the ST still gives free membership of the Steelers Sports Bar ? (more specifically Pool & Snooker)
It would be nice if the club listed any benefits/perks to season ticket holders on the letters they send out with the ST.

Its a nice idea and gives something back to ST holders, we will probably give it a go at some point but not on anything like a regular basis.
I like getting in and chatting to the friends around us, also like watching the warm up. Its a personal thing but i like the gesture from the club. Steelers lead the way with a new initiative

I’ve never been or ever will be a season ticket holder, but I do think that season ticket holders don’t get enough perks/rewards. I liked the training session idea last season and think the dedicated entrance is also a good gesture.
Hopefully they’ll be a few more surprises this season.
I must admit though I thought the arena’s catering was run by Dick Turpin

I note from the website it says season tickets are valid for 25 competitive games. I can only count 19. Does it include the CC games and/or £8 games?
