Home Game 2

League Game no 2 in the run of home games.. Coventry have been playing well recently so should really be a bigger test than the Fife game was... :wonder:

Think there’s a bit of player rivalry with Coventry this season.

4-2 Steelers, could be a feisty one.

Hopefully a more enjoyable game than Sunday.

I can see another win but how we'll do it I'm not sure.

Seems a bit of a grind atm.

I'm in two minds whether to go or not. Still recovering from recent Covid, midweek game, work etc then there's the fact that the hockey recently hasn't been very exciting.
Will be a tough game going by our recent home league form.

Game is on ViaPlay for anyone who can't / isn't going on Wednesday.

Definitely will be a tough game, Blaze are looking good especially at home, I still think we have more than enough to win comfortably. Also interested to see the lineup especially in terms of Connolly, Mitchell scenario. I'd expect the below:

Ciampini-Allen-Neumann
Latal-Kristo-Dowd
McNally-Pitule-Raska
Mitchell-Whistle-Jono

Nevalainen-Petgrave
Piche-Jones
Schulze-Davey

Greenfield
???

I'll go for a 5-3 win!

This will be close. Especially if we squander early chances as we have been doing. The longer Coventry stay in the game the more dangerous they will be from breakaways. I think there will be one goal in it. Either way.

Think I'm gonna bin this one off and watch Wednesday's cup game against Southampton instead.

Good luck to the lads tonight, gonna be a tough one. Will be following score updates/news on here and other social media .
Could do with a bit more from the top two lines who were generally a bit subdued in the Flyers game.
Can imagine it being a barnstorming game when I've not made it there
