Nice to see a comfortable win with plenty of goals scored and only one conceded regardless of opponent.

The Dowd line looked like it had plenty of fun!

We seem a smarter and more balanced team with the return of Mosey and Allen, Raska perhaps slightly off the boil at the moment and Conns struggling to get back to where he was before the injury.

Conns has been a superb player over the years and been a real menace in the EIHL but I really do think his time has come to say goodbye to the game he loves, he's just not the same player he was - I'm not surprised in the slightest considering the injury he endured last season, his age has caught up with his physically, it was a 50/50 call on Conns this off season & I dont think its worked out.
