That’ll do. No doubt an awful game to watch. Main thing is a win. On to the next one.

Not the blow out some fans were expecting, sounds like it was an awful game to watch, main thing is we've come away from Fife with those 2 points, keeps us top of the league - for now.

Ciampini is some player, he may not be a like for like replacement for Vally but the guy shows up every night & last night got us those points with his 2 goals & 1 assist.

I also noticed last night that Belfast struggled in Dundee, came out on top in OT & Guildford beat Panthers on PS.

Tonight will be interesting :

Guildford vs Nottingham
Manchester vs Cardiff

I had a feeling that this game wouldn't be the walkover that many predicted - but we won, and, bottom line, that's what really matters.

Although there is a clear difference in squad ability levels between the top and bottom ends of the league that difference is not so great that if the better team doesn't turn up to play they won't lose on the night or at least be run closer than they should be.
