Season tickets

Does anyone know how we renew our season tickets. There is no application form on the website just a list of prices. The steelers contact us button doesn’t work. The email address they give to contact them is returned as not a valid email address. I guess we just have to phone them next week but it does seem ridiculously difficult to give them money.

I can get to purchase on line, just tried it, iclicked where it said season tickets and it took me through it all no problem

Ah they’ve added a button since I last looked. It is very user hostile with repeated Security checks and having to go through the whole procedure for every seat to have them verified. I guess the feint hearted might give up.

YES your right, i renewed mine at the arena when they did it between periods, hope your all sorted

Got it to work and it does but my goodness it’s user hostile. Altogether I had to re enter 5 verification codes but just to make life more difficult 2 were sent by text and the others by email. For a while I hadn’t spotted the change and couldn’t progress so you really need to be on your toes. Then there’s the whole business of first having to join something called the steelers hub. Then if you have more than 1 ticket your are made to repeat the whole process for each ticket. The old form was nice and simple to use. I do hope they don’t lose some people with this convoluted process.

I honestly created my hub account easily and without to much fuss but I decided against filling the form out and decided to go the cash route again lol
