Thanks Doom, I'll get a proper look this afternoon.Doom wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 9:06 amI can't really say I noticed Nicholls a lot, but that was true of most of the forwards, it was just a very solid performance from all the lines.
I've just checked the match stats and we don't have one player better than +2, but we do have 10 players who were on +2, which indicates a very solid team performance with all lines contributing.
I'm not sure what to make of Panthers yet, are they a poor team or was this just a very good day at the office for us?
In my pre season predictions I have Notts 3rd based on the players they've signed, so it will be interesting to see how they perform against other teams.
Regards
Doom

Doubt we'll see a win as convincing all season. Completely dominant from start to finish.
Be interesting to see the faceoff percentages, I'm not sure Watling or Simpson lost a single one all night. Must have been up close to 90%.

Overall as a team we were 62% in the face off dot. (Scroll to the bottom).

Winning some will seem like 90% compared to previous seasons "success" at face offs !!wakefieldsteelersfan wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 8:33 pmThanks, didn't realise the game sheets listed faceoff percentages.....maybe I was a tad overexcited when I claimed 90%smbmetal wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 11:26 amGame sheet below:wakefieldsteelersfan wrote: ↑Sun Oct 01, 2023 11:22 amDoubt we'll see a win as convincing all season.
