He’s Latvian so unless we have another player going on IR seems puzzling.

Interesting if it is Shusters. Born in Latvia but has been playing in England since he was 13 so no idea if he was trained here. Big lad, 6'2''. Has scored 17 goals in 18 games this year for Peterborough .

Ulrick, 23, remains with Hull Seahawks where he has scored a point a game already this season, but practises with the Steelers and is available to play when there is no crossover of games.

Head coach Aaron Fox said “Finlay has practised with the Steelers a lot already this season and we are delighted to officially welcome him into the team

“Whilst Hull have first call on Finn there is a lot of games ahead where he will be available”
