Panthers just about deserved it.
First 30 minutes i thought we looked quite comfortable, but last 30 minutes we looked tired with some poor passing and puck control.
Panthers also dominated at faceoffs which didn’t help.
A few of our players just didn't really get going, but really tough on Balmas to be on the losing side.
A decent game to watch, but a disappointing result.

Couple of things come to mind,,, 2 goal lead given up again,, line change penalties over both games , so advantage panthers over double header,,,, probably a fair outcome overall as its points that matter.

Yea in control of that game and just seem to give them the neutral zone from about 30 mins on????? Very unfortunate with the 2 many men call! and that missed call on Harper too!

We certainly didn’t get the rub of the green with the officials and no doubt Fox will have his say, but I didn’t feel like it was obviously being called one way.
There probably should have been a penalty on Panthers at a crucial time when Harper was brought down, but the too many men was unlucky, but probably correct.

Didn’t see the game either but I can’t say I’m surprised, there’s not much between the 2 teams.
We still have some issues although most of our early season difficulties have been ironed out but too many men is not something I’ve seen us struggle with before. 3 in consecutive games is a concern. Need to sort that and the faceoffs.
Blaming the officiating won’t help but I didn’t think much of it last night either.

Panthers deserved this one, we were almost outshot 2 to 1 and were dominated in the face off circle for the first two periods.
Couple of missed calls didn’t help, especially a too many men early in the 1st period against the Panthers. However, there was nothing wrong with their goal and it was an unfortunate too many men penalty against us in the 3rd, but was the correct call.
I firmly believe that the turning point in the game was a poor coach’s challenge by Fox. It gave the Panthers extra momentum. In fact at times, I thought Fox was embarrassing on the bench. Yes, a couple of calls went against us, but the one’s that were called were spot on I’m afraid.
Good job Panthers lost to Guildford or they could have been 3 points in front. As it happens an extra point isn’t the end of the world.
Cardiff and Belfast appear to be the hot teams at the moment.
